Food stylist and recipe developer

From a very young age Meg knew she would have a career in food. Born and raised in Malaysia, she was surrounded by exotic food, flavours and cooking methods so it surprised no one when she pursued her first love and trained to become a chef.

After spending several years working as a chef in high end restaurants in London and Australia Meg combined her cooking expertise and creative flair to train as a food stylist which has been her profession and passion for the last 25 years.

Meg made a name for herself authoring 6 cookery books and working on editorial shoots for magazines Good Housekeeping and BBC Good Food, and styling cookery books for Conran Octopus, Hamlyn and other well-known publishers.

In recent years, Meg’s focus has been on packaging and advertising working for the top 5 supermarket chains plus many major brands including Birdseye/Iglo, Heinz, Weight Watchers, Carte D’Or, Dr Oetker, Boots and Panasonic Kitchen Appliances.

She is extremely organised and adaptable and can be counted on to rise to most challenges, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations with a calmness that only comes with her extensive experience working in the most demanding of studio environments.
