Great British Bake Off with Juliet Sear

What a dream job! When you get a call from Great British Bake Off to work on their advertising campaign for the 2018 edition of this fantastic and internationally known show. Juliet  Sear  was a perfect fit for this project, together with a  formidable team of assistant bakers and food stylist assistants they delivered a fantastic job.

One of the biggest TV franchise, the Great British Bake Off is part of the British culture and perhaps one of the most talked about food TV programs. An amateur competition produced by Love Productions. ‘A group of amateur bakers compete against each other in a series of rounds, attempting to impress a group of judges with their baking skills, with a contestant being eliminated in each round, with the winner being selected from the remaining contestants that make it to the finals.‘ We can’t wait to watch this year’s show. It starts on the 28th of September on Channel 4.

The brief was to bake a substantial amount of bakes including ‘ chocolate hedgehog, Welsh and rainbow cakes, Yorkshire puddings, Portuguese tarts and a bread swan culminating with a show-stopper presented to hosts Prue Leith, Paul Hollywood, Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding. Author, presenter and baking expert Juliet Sear created the bakes, and the voices used include gospel singers from The Kingdom Choir, who performed at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.’
