Steffi is a Scandinavian culinary authority, with experience styling food and writing recipes for some of the UK’s most well-known brands. She’s the go-to professional for many PR companies, celebrity chefs, advertising agencies and production companies, thanks to her eye for stunning composition and dedication to the perfect shot.

Originally from Sweden, she travelled the world before training at Leiths School of Food and Wine.  There, she won the BBC Good Food award, working as a food writer on the magazine before going freelance. She has published cookbooks under her own name and as a ghost writer, and is often called upon by the Swedish press for her culinary expertise and comment.
