Juliet Sear is a well-known London food stylist, specialist baker, author and consultant. While equally comfortable with the savoury and the sweet, her own particular brand of highly detailed – and frankly fabulous – bakes has seen her appear everywhere from Fortnum & Mason to This Morning. You might also recognise her from her very own TV series, ITV’s Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear.
Having cooked for celebrities and specialist stores for many years, Juliet Sear loves nothing more than the challenge of a new brief, saying ‘I love the creativity and fun involved in bringing people’s ideas to life through the medium of food”. She’s a particular hit with party hosts and event planners on the lookout for show stopping bakes, providing edible art installations for events, ad campaigns and celebrities in London and around the UK.
