Rebecca is the genius behind a host of recipe books, authoring six of her own – including Posh Potatoes, Fool-proof Freezer and Fool-proof Slow Cooker – as well as tie-ins with media franchises, such as The Official Daniel Tiger Cookbook and The Official Neopets Cookbook.
Not content as a top recipe writer and developer, she has also worked extensively as a home economist in the TV and film industry, with credits including food-centric films such as Love Sarah and acclaimed short, The Dinner Party, and on TV shows such as The Witchfinder, The Walk-In, Dr Who, Killing Eve and The Death of Bunny Munro (currently in production for Clerkenwell Films).
