Sue’s unmatched knowledge of historical foods and global cooking techniques ensures her food is as culturally and historically accurate as possible. This has led her to work with some of the best in the film industry including Martin Scorsese, Steven Knight and Stephen Poliakoff, on productions ranging from Game of Thrones and Hugo, to The Witches and Great Expectations.
As a former Cookery Editor of a national magazine and with no fewer than 10 cookery books to her name, as a cookery writer she brings out the best in any food with easy to follow, approachable recipes. She’s also extremely experienced in preparing food for packaging for brands such as Waitrose, M&S and Tesco.
Proficient both editorially and in the realms of packaging, advertising, feature films, commercials and video, Sue marries organisation with flare to achieve unfailingly professional results, while maintaining a relaxed yet attentive manner that makes her a joy to work with.
